Do you want to work on diverse and interesting projects throughout Tasmania, as part of a growing team? Then apply today!
Our projects range from modernising research station facilities on sub-Antarctic Macquarie Island, reinvigorating cultural and educational facilities, designing helipads to service remote medical facilities, and redeveloping derelict heritage listed buildings to designing vital new mental health facilities and exciting hotel developments.
We operate within a dynamic and supportive working environment, put the wellbeing of our employees at the heart of our decision making and invest heavily in continuing professional development.
We seek a full-time Senior Architect to join our Hobart crew to lead projects and add value to our practice. You will have experience developing high quality design outcomes and successfully leading teams. While you will report to a project Director, this is largely an autonomous position, so you should be self-sufficient and self-motivated.
You must have:
- At least 12 years’ post-graduate experience in architectural practice.
- A strong design sensibility.
- Project management skills to lead a team from inception to completion on medium to large scale projects.
- Experience on a range of project typologies, coordinating the work of consultants and resolving complex details.
Evidence that you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident is required.
Please submit a CV, portfolio and a cover letter demonstrating how your values align with ours. All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidence and must be submitted by Monday 7 November 2022 via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
