We were commissioned by the building owner for a full office refurbishment to meet their own functional and operational requirements and enable them to amalgamate staff on one site and provide an easily accessible customer-focussed retail showroom. The high-grade, contemporary working environment has been designed to create a sense of transparency and visibility throughout, supporting an environment of collaboration and interaction, and creating sustainable value for staff and stakeholders alike. The quality of the spaces created has contributed to the owner’s achievement of an ‘Employer of Choice’ award. The ‘front of house’ (services/public) area design is spacious and welcoming and carries over the sense of transparency and visibility that is a hallmark of the ‘back of house’ spaces.
