Designed as a model for a highly collaborative work space that reflects the nature of an organisation that relies on flexible and interactive methods of working, this interior provides an exemplar of new style work spaces. Flexible adjustable workstations are located within an open plan environment and complimented by a wide range of high quality alternative work areas including open plan ‘creative’ spaces, small ‘break out’ rooms, and a large ‘common’ area/lunch room. Each space has furniture and features that reflect its different character, with office furniture, couches and arm chairs or domestic style furniture and lighting as appropriate. There is also extensive use of plants to provide visual variety and to subtle division of the space. This project provides another excellent example of the future of workplace design, with personalised work points combined with flexible activity zones and meeting spaces to bring a collaborative team together.
